Exactly what I said when I heard about the site. Now I pin, but honestly still do not get it. Waste time on it. Still not getting it. It is like when I was a young girl and I would cut out pictures in magazines and put them on my bulletin board.
I have not accepted an invitation yet... and I'm not sure I want too. I waste enough time on the computer. I don't need to do it, looking at stuff or talking about stuff, I wish I had.
So...I've long had this habit of finding recipes, or diy projects, or stuff I want to buy and sending it in an email to myself. I assume this is the 2000's version of writing something on a piece of paper and putting it in your junk drawer for safe keeping. Turns out, the same thing happens in my email as it does in a junk drawer...things get forgotten about and lost. Pinterest is just a neatly organized junk drawer. You should give it a go :)
