but I can't post that on facebook with my name directly attached and I can't help but spread this as it directly affects my future and my (lack of) profession. Today I had a guy tell me to "hang on" mid counseling for his prescriptions because his cell phone rang. It did not end well for him.

That is very scarey! My industry loves call centers! Loves to create new departments to do just one thing. If you are doing one thing over and over, you must be really good at it. Or get lulled into complacency and stop using your brain!
