Yes that is a reflective vest I now have to wear whilst walking the dogs because I'm tired of almost getting hit by cars. Last week I almost got hit by a garbage truck. Like the garbage truck tire hit the curb and had I not jumped into the empty lot I would've gotten hit. Which may have been good because then I could've been like Adam Sandler in Big Daddy and lived off a settlement from the city.
