I saw a commercial for Quaker oatmeal today starring Bob Harper (you know the trainer from The Biggest Loser). He was talking about how oatmeal is heart healthy and tastes great and blah blah blah and now it contains half the sugar.
All I heard: "Now you have to add twice the sugar to your oatmeal."

Bob is good looking, and I will eat what he tells me to eat.
Do people really add sugar to their oatmeal? I've always just taken it for what it is.
