Thought of the Day...

I saw a McDonald's bag on the road on my way home from work today.

Why?

What was happening in your life at that moment that you thought "there's no way I can wait to find a garbage can, I must discard this out the window immediately"?

Sorry! I was thinking, NO, don't eat the fries. Throw them out the window. Free yourself from the binds that tie you to fast food. You must have gone by it before I was able to turn around, go back, and eat the fries off the road.

That is strange. I saw a McDonald's bag about two blocks from our house tonight and thought the very same thing. Is it National Fast Food Littering Day or something? Or maybe Page Turner so heavily regretted throwing out those fries in D-Town that she decided to drive north 20 minutes to fulfill her french fry desire.

(And don't think I'm judging with that last thought, Page Turner. I've dropped to much lower depths in the name of satisfying a craving.)

I am a sick individual. Someone should have me sent to the Oprah show for a food intervention. Bringing all the blogs together.

Weirdly, at least twice in the past month someone has thrown a big McDonald's bag with the garbage inside of it, in our yard. I wondered if maybe there was someone suffering bulimia on our block, our maybe someone in our town really hates us and our yard... but now I learn it is just my mother.
Real nice.
