Living the Dream...

While most of you probably know this about me, and I've said it several times, when I win the lottery and no longer have to work for the money, I will volunteer for the ASPCA. Today while out on a walk with Prada, I noticed two black labrador retrievers running around the neighborhood. On the way back to my place on our route I saw one of them jolt across a busy street and almost get hit by a car. Prada and I rushed home after that and I called the Animal Rescue League. All they said was to call the police and maybe they could do something. I decided it would bother me the rest of the night if I didn't do something. So I jumped in Dexter and cruised the neighborhood but didn't see him. I saw a cop and told her the situation and she seemed real nice about it.

Good news though, the Garbage Disposal said on her way home from work she saw two guys holding a dog and using an extension cord as a leash. I'm pretty sure that was probably him, given most people don't use electrical cords for leashes.

That is so sweet. When you win the lottery and open your kennel, I'll give you three dogs to start with. No fun to have empty cages. Just kidding! No I'm not....
