What I Learned Today...

There are no pants in this world that fit me. Also - Bride - we're starting tonight with the Biggest Loser tonight and finishing with their final weigh in.

So I wandered into the petite section in Sear's today. This wasn't by accident like the time I started looking for pants in the maternity section. I just need a new khaki pair of pants. The pair I have are now missing a button and so frayed on the bottom that there is actually a hole in the cuff where the bottom is sewn. Anyway, I need these pants by yesterday so I need to get a pair short enough that I don't have to have my wonderful seamstress (AL) shorten them for me. What's the point? I tried on a pair of pants in the petite section. Guess why I didn't buy them.

They were too long.

Maternity pants always run short. Maybe you should have stuck with those!

This was extra funny to me. I just finished shortening 3 pairs of my pants. Short humor is funny!

Story of my life. Sometimes even the 'short' pants are too long. Two pairs of dress pants getting hemmed at the Limited right now. We are not tall people
