Tomorrow I'm teaching a lab class on campus. Well more like I'll probably sit on a stool and watch while my preceptor teaches it and let students take my blood pressure.
Imagine me teaching? Coming from someone who truly believes teachers are the most underpaid profession in the country, I DO NOT have that kind of patience, understanding, patience, etc.

Is your H1N1 gone?
That's what I was going to ask!
PS - You gave whatever was ailing you last night to Shortcake and no one brought me Panera. I'm bitter about it, too.
Did Shortcake go to school today?
whatever I had was not as severe as H1N1, or I really do have an immune system of steel... anyway, I'm going back to word regardless, too boring laying at home all day
I got the dreaded call about 10:30 am that she was in the nurse's office. I wasn't surprised after a week long exposure to The General's illness. She was running a 99.7 fever at school & complained her head hurt, fever broke after a dose of the wonder drug Motrin, then came back with a vengeance at 101.6 tonight. She's devastated that she'll miss ravioli for lunch at school tomorrow and started crying when I picked her up today because she had to go home early on "pajama day". Remember those days when you cried because you had to go home from school? Kindergarten rocks.
It's awesome that she doesn't want to leave school. Dean's been off since THursday and has absolutely no desire to ever go back. He would totally stay home forever if we let him. John, too. Hope Shortcake gets better soon!!!
