Take some boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into bite size pieces.
Take a bag of frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli (I like fresh better) and cut it up into bite size pieces.
Take one can of cream of chicken soup.
Take two cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix together in a 9 x 13" glass pan.
Take box of Stove Top (chicken flavored) and prepare as it says on the box.
When done spread it over the top of above mixture.
Bake at 325 or 350 for somewhere around 30-45 minutes or however long it takes for the chicken to be done.
*Note: I don't measure things and when making this particular dish, I had already cooked the chicken because I was unsure of what I was going to make. If you cook the chicken beforehand you only need to cook it until the cheese melts which will leave fresh broccoli mildly uncooked. Personally I liked it with fresh, undercooked broccoli because fresh is better for you and mushy vegetables freak me out. MC, I will gladly cook at least two nights a week as long as you are aware and ok with the fact that my cooking involves throwing things in a pan. No worries, it usually turns out well.

Would that work with turkey left over from Thanksgiving?
probably, but i thought we were having pizza?
Tried, loved it, adding to the rotation. Even the girls liked it, but I think it was the fun name that sold them on it. They did spice it up a bit and add "Surprise" to the end of "Chicken Broccoli Cheesey Yum". Also, at first glance Punkin asked me to name each object in the dish and Shortcake asked at the end, "But where's the 'yum'?". Hi-larious.
it really good next day microwaved for lunch too... glad i could contribute to the girls daily serving of vegetables... even if they were left wondering where the "yum" was lol
