Beauty is Pain

I've been told that several times when wearing uncomfortable heels or something of that nature. I have never believed that to be more true than today. As I eluded to in yesterday's blog post, I had a bit of an issue with the chemical straightener this time. It's probably important to note that I can't wash my hair for 48 hours after getting this done. So this morning as I get up and ready for the day there's not much I can' do with my hair because I can't wash it. I begin to mess with my hair when I notice at the roots my hard is kind of hard. I figured she just didn't completely rinse the goop out. Upon further inspection I realize that it is some sort of hardened serum or blood. My head is one giant burnt scab. I've already informed Kristy that from now on she's only allowed to use the old brand. I hope for my scalp to be completely healed by Thanksgiving

I'll be the first to agree that beauty is pain, but I'm thinking this might be a bit extreme. Sending you lots of quick recovery vibes!

Yikes!! That sounds awful!! You don't need to suffer giant head scabs -- you're beautiful just the way you are!!
