It's thirteen degrees out and we're under a flood warning.
*I'm fully aware this could be due to a possibility of the temperature reaching above freezing soon, but it's not supposed to for days. Please don't take away my fun.

Okay, do I fall into the stupid people category if I ask why being 13 degrees with a flood warning qualifies as stupid? I mean, I know any water should be frozen at that temperature, but we've had that warning around here for what seems like months.
Maybe it's the strong smell of bleach in the house that's frying my brain...
that's exactly it, we should not be under a flood warning until it is ACTUALLY TURNING TO WATER
